Description

 Plum and black cherry notes mingle with mineral, finishing with firm, dusty tannins. Elegant in the Mastroberardino style. Dark fruits and some smoke on the nose. Blackberry, black cherry, oregano, baking spice all blend together in a form yet refined wine.

The bottle opens up with a welcome whisper of VA as well as a sanguine quality to the dark cherry fruit profile alongside a leathery bouquet of tertiary aromas. Taught medium plus acidity and evolved gentle tanins round out the wine.
